This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timeframes for returns and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging and accessories.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Email us at kobuswilke10@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Receive Return Instructions:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
- Ship the Item:
- Securely package the item and include a copy of your purchase receipt and the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following terms:
- Inspection Period: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process may take up to 5 business days.
- Refund Amount: If approved, a refund will be processed for the original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

8. Exceptions
In certain situations, we may accept returns beyond the standard 30-day window at our discretion. These cases may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s price.
